Mission Yoga and Personal Training (formerly Pilates Studio)  has been serving the community since 2008.  Michael is a dedicated personal trainer (BCRPA certified) who understands the challenges of building a fitness routine.  He is very knowledgeable and supportive.  Rose is an Iyengar certified yoga teacher who welcomes anyone who is interested in yoga.  Years of training and experience makes Mission Yoga and Personal Training a comfortable place to gain or re-gain a fitness and health routine.

**Winner of the Myrtle Evertt 2012 Woman of the Year Award.** Teresa is also a certified Acupressure Therapist, Reflexology, Holistic massage, Practitioner and specializes in Relaxation, Rejuvenation Full Body Massage. Teresa brings with her over 15 years of experience in the field of Medical and Psychiatric Nursing as well as holistic therapies. Teresa practices the integrated wellness approach and supportive, solution-focused coaching to promote health and healing of body, mind and spirit. Teresa has participated at Wellness Fairs, Pharmasave Live Well Clinics, and offers ongoing Wellness programs in medical facilities and community centres throughout the Lower Mainland. Teresa is totally dedicated to empowering others to optimize their health and wellness.

 Mi chiamo Alessandro and I am a 33yr old restaurateur and entrepreneur here in Mission, whom along with my partner/sister have been successfully operating our joint venture, Hottiesfoods, for the past 5 years. Angie has been an administrator for over 30 years. She started her career with Telus and after 24 years in the corporate jungle she left to help her family. Values re-evaluated, Angie started working for the Non-profit industry and truly found her niche. She started with the Foundation in 2015 and has been working towards updating their social media profile as well as community presence.

I am proud to be serving with Habitat for Humanity Upper Fraser Valley. I have served as a volunteer committee chief, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and I now serve as a staff member. Habitat builds homes for hard working deserving families that need a hand up -- not a hand out.
We are launching our new 17-unit townhome build in Mission here in 2017. I have lived in Mission and served as a volunteer fire fighter for 5 years/ I also was Assistant Pastor of a church focused on the poor and marginalized members of society. I have also lived in Abbotsford and now reside in Chilliwack. This provides me with valuable experience in recognizing the unique needs of each community.
I look forward to serving the residents of Mission and the Fraser Valley as we continue to grow.

Ethel dedicates her time to the community as a Mission chamber member previously serving on the Board of Directors, the Government Affairs & the Budget Committee. She is also a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association and the Bigstone Cree Nation. She was recently appointment to the Economic Development Select Committee for the City of Mission and the Employment Lands Strategy Committee and a Board of Director for the Mission Friendship Centre Society.

I am a Chinese-born designer living in Vancouver. After graduating from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology with a major in printing art design, I studied Graphic & Digital Design at the University of the Fraser Valley to improve my digital skills. I’ve been creating since Grade 3 when I started learning Chinese calligraphy, and am passionate about illustration, graphic design, and painting because they allow me to share how I experience life. I also love being active and having fun. My favourite part-time jobs in Shanghai were working in a dance club and doing modeling jobs.
