Tom Osterberg is a licensed Real Estate Representative with Coldwell Banker, proudly serving the Fraser Valley. After buying his first home at 23 and feeling lost in the language of real estate, he learned how valuable a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent can be. With six years of experience in finance and banking, Tom brings strong analytical and negotiation skills to every client he serves.

In 2008, after the birth of his first of two children, Tom moved into real estate full time. Since then, he has helped countless buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity and confidence. Tom is dedicated to exceptional service and building long lasting relationships based on trust and care.

I am the owner and operator of Joyce Love Clinical Hypnotherapy & Coaching. I am a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy, and an ARCH Accredited Training Graduate (Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists). ARCH is a Canada-wide certifying professional body for highly trained and skilled hypnotherapists. I travel within Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, provide In-Person sessions with my clients in the privacy, safety and comfort of their homes. I also offer online sessions via Zoom. While my hypnotherapy can help with a vast amount of issues, my service is especially focused on dealing with insomnia, anxiety, trauma, and behavioural/habit change - such as BFRB. My approach combines mindfulness, hypnosis, CBT-I and coaching so my clients can make and sustain long-term/permanent changes they desire.
